SPLIT.EXE is a program intended to work with FBB, to split up large messages into smaller parts. The subject is altered to show it is split, as well as a continue line appended to the end of the message. A message is also sent to the originator using the file COMPLAIN as the text of the message. In the case of a WP update, it will be split without altering the subject, or adding to the message body
